Our commitment

NetShow is building an AI operating system that should be usable by everyone. We design and build with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our target standard, and we treat accessibility issues with the same priority as functional bugs.

What we do

  • Use semantic HTML and ARIA attributes so assistive technologies can navigate the interface.
  • Design components for keyboard navigation, including skip links, focus indicators, and dropdown trapping.
  • Maintain sufficient color contrast in both light and dark themes.
  • Provide visible labels and helpful error messages on every form.
  • Caption audio and video content where it is generated by the platform.
  • Test new flows against screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver) and keyboard-only navigation before release.
  • Support browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.

Where we still have work to do

This is an honest list of areas we know need attention, and the team is actively working on them:

  • A few legacy admin surfaces predate our current accessibility checks; those are scheduled for review.
  • Voice-only flows currently rely on speech in/out — we are adding text alternatives for users who cannot use voice features.
  • Some marketing pages need additional alternative text on images.
